Policies

By booking an appointment with Bare Wax, you are inherently agreeing to the following policies.

Late arrivals:

In order to keep our schedule on time we must enforce an 8-minute late policy. This means clients must be in the wax room and ready to be serviced within 8 minutes of their appointment time. Clients arriving later than 8 minutes past appointment time are subject to rescheduling and a late cancellation fee at the waxer’s discretion.

24-hour cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours prior to appointment time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will incur a charge of 100 percent of scheduled services. An invoice will be issued and must be paid in full before future bookings may be made.

No-shows:

All no-shows will be charged 100 percent of the scheduled services. Payment will be due prior to next booking.

Male services:

All new male brazilian services must be booked through our online portal.Time slots are limited due to a limited number of service providers.

ID is required at check in on your first appointment.

We reserve the right to terminate any services for any reason resulting in a permanent ban.
