We recommend waxing every 4-6 weeks.

Waxing causes slight discomfort at the time of the process, however, the discomfort lessens with subsequent sessions. Any discomfort experienced during the session generally does not linger once the process is complete

We recommend that you do not shave between visits. Waxing regularly will cause hair to grow back thinner and less prolific over time, however shaving will cause hair to grow back thicker.
-
In the days before your Bare waxing appointment, you will need to refrain from shaving to allow your hair to grow out.
When you are inside the 24-hour window of your appointment, you will need to exfoliate the area being waxed. This can be done with body polish or an exfoliating mitt.
If you are concerned about discomfort, you may want to take ibuprofen 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to your appointment.
For your comfort, we recommend you wear cotton, seamless, breathable underwear and loose clothing to your appointment.
